Schon l\u00e4ngst verdr\u00e4ngt geglaubte W\u00fcnsche von einem friedlichen Ort,  einer Kleinstadt, die l\u00e4ndlich wirkt,  sichein bisschen n\u00f6rdlich befindet und  trotzdem nicht zu ungem\u00fctlich ist.  Ein bisschen verschlafen und trotzdem nicht langweilig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ich mit anderen Menschen \u00fcber Engelntorf gesprochen habe, hatte jeder von ihnen eine andere Vorstellung davon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Blog werde ich das \u00e4ndern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> In Engelntorf kann man gut leben. Bald wei\u00dft du, wo der B\u00e4cker zu finden ist, wo jeder der Schreibklubmitglieder wohnt. Du wirst wissen, wo sich Mary in ihrer Kindheit am Liebsten aufgehalten hat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich zeige dir die Seniorenresidenz und das Neubaugebiet. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum, eine h\u00fcbsche kleine Kirche. Bis zum Meer ist es weit, auch wenn die M\u00f6wen \u00fcberall zu sein scheinen. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad durch Engelntorf f\u00e4hrt, dann bl\u00e4st immer ein salziger Wind ins Gesicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bild: canva.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caf\u00e9 Irina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile has-small-font-size\" style=\"grid-template-columns:37% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/engelntorf.silkegroth.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20250222_1057481-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Tasse Kaffee\" class=\"wp-image-2029 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Das Caf\u00e9 Irina wird von Irina von Basedow gef\u00fchrt. Sie ist auch die Chefin von Mary Deumler. Bei einer Kaffeepause kam den beiden Frauen die Idee einen Schreibklub in Engelntorf zu gr\u00fcnden. Irina schreibt n\u00e4mlich gern Gedichte. Allerdings hat sie kein Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr Metrik und Reime. Mary als ehemalige Deutschlehrerin aus England war sofort Feuer und Flamme. Warum sie nicht mehr als Lehrerin arbeitet erz\u00e4hle ich ein anderes Mal. Mary arbeitet sehr gern bei Irina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der B\u00e4cker hat in Engelntorf nur morgens bis elf Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet, manchmal auch sonntags und Silvester immer. Trotzdem ist er kein Ersatz f\u00fcr das gem\u00fctliche kleine Caf\u00e9 Irina mitten im Ort. Hier trifft sich der Schreibklub auch einmal w\u00f6chentlich. Die Schreibklubmitglieder haben sogar einen Stammtisch. Es gibt  freies WLAN, damit Andrea Sandvoss sich nicht langweilt. Hin und wieder kommen Reisegruppen aus Holland mit dem Bus. Sie wollen die Friesentorte von Irina haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Bild: sgrt<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Kirchgasse 4, Marys Haus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 23%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Mary Deumler wohnt in einem Haus mit Garten. Wir schauen gerade aus ihrem Fenster. Das Haus geh\u00f6rter ihrer Mutter und ihrer Tante zu gleichen Teilen. Nun hat es Mary \u00fcbernommen. Sie hofft, dass sie irgendwann wieder mit ihrer Tante in diesem Haus wohnen kann. Vor der Aufkl\u00e4rung eines Falles braucht Mary eine neue farbliche Str\u00e4hne. Die sogenannte Kampfstr\u00e4hne. Alle anderen Frauen im Klub, wie Irina, Andrea und Brigitte lassen sich  dann, von Mary angesteckt , auch eine neue Frisur verpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bild: canva.com\/collage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Die Bibliothek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Engelntorf hat eine gut best\u00fcckt B\u00fccherei. f\u00fcr diesen abgelegenen Ort ist das ein ganz besonderer Ort. Er wurde zum  Treffpunkt f\u00fcr alle Leseratten und Wissenschaftler. Hier  treffen sich alt und Jung. Die Rosenz\u00fcchter genauso wie die Modellbauer, die Literaten und die Weltenbummler.    Man trifft sich f\u00fcr Vortr\u00e4ge und  Lesungen und eine Plauderei mit der Bibliothekarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Als Kind hatte Mary zusammen mit Tante  Wilma  viele Stunden in der Bibliothek verbracht. In der Leseecke gibt es Kakao aus dem Automaten. Es gibt gen\u00fcgend B\u00e4nke, um sich mit seinen Liebsten dort zu treffen, die Senioren k\u00fcmmern sich sogar selbst um das ein oder andere Pfl\u00e4nzlein. Mary mag die geometrische Anordnung der Beete und Wege.
